Replicante communication and development, editorial sailor star ASUR

is already in circulation, navigating the tumultuous and infinite ocean network, the most recent issue of " Replicator: ideas for a country in ruins , electronic journal published in Mexico Rogelio Macías Villareal. The February 2011 issue is devoted to a topic that excites me, "Eroticism and Pornography" and among the many texts that reports, including one of mine: " The origin of the world", I submitted some time ago in a conference Sexuality and Literature in Monterrey.

The subtitle of the magazine does not do honor to its contents, as referring to Mexico, a country in ruins, "restricts Start the vast field covered by the publication, not at all limited to one country. "Replicant" has no borders, such as the contents of this issue and previous demonstrated. Further rate which approached from many interesting angles one of the oldest themes of humanity, and precisely one that knows no bounds.

Each new issue of "Replicant" is for a reading of the enjoyment that can last several hours, because outside of major items, which are not few, each contains or refers to other links that curiosity prevents bypass. In addition, the navigation bars offer several posts of permanent staff (Ruben Bonet, Carina Maguregui, Tania Tagle, Marisol Rodriguez, Hector Villareal, Enrique Olmos, and Rogelio Villareal himself, among others), and sections that are like windows to other gardens without walls, "Notes and Chronicles," "Arts", "Literature", "Thought and Reflection," "Agenda" ...

painting Daniel Lezama
The editorial rightly points out that "Eroticism and pornography have challenged the status since ancient times and has caused the anger of kings and powerful. Even now the right and left in power, also conservative, see pornography as a threat and not as an instance of liberating. "

are in the index of "Replicant" more than one hundred articles, stories, poems, reviews of books and other texts beautifully illustrated, to enjoy leisurely. From an article on "intellectual porn star, Sasha Grey, to the extensive literature review which Jorge Rueda in" The Library of erotomaniac " through the texts of Pierre Louÿs delicious, and a revealing interview with the collector of erotic art and literature Adolfo Llamas, whose stock does moisten the mouth. Susana Moo article on the origins of adult film in Spain has links to two of the older films of the genre in this country "The Confessor" (1920) and "Minister" (1930), an additional gift.
met Rogelio Villareal Macias, the editor of "replicator" in early 1980, when he was working in a family business, the Federation Editorial Mexicana. There he published my third book of poems, "On complete", and also the second edition of "Cinema, censorship and exile in Latin America, two of my four books published in Mexico. Roger introduced me to colleagues of the Mexican Council of Photography, founded and headed by Pedro Meyer, who now runs "Ground Zero" site specialized in photography. It was an exciting time for me and I remember with pleasure.

Milena Velba Slurping Her Own Milk

Child

When someone goes to the city of Sucre for the first time I asked what it's worth visit there, my advice without thinking twice, always: ASUR.

ASUR (Anthropologists of the South Andean) is a cultural project and a process which Bolivians can feel proud. Has enabled over 25 years not only to present the extraordinary art of weaving from indigenous communities around Potolo, west of Sucre, but also restore and enhance the art and substantially while generating income for communities .

now appears that a short-lived governor of Chuquisaca, swelling of demagoguery and political opportunism, aims the House chaplain, the building where ASUR, workshops, museum and shop, be returned to government management, arguing that it is a foundation "private" and should be managed "by the beneficiaries" . This would mean the annihilation of a flagship project for the house where ASUR works for many years and is a national and international.

ASUR's story is a story of scientific curiosity and love of art. It all began in 1985 when the Chilean anthropologists Veronica Cereceda and Gabriel Martinez and the Bolivian anthropologist Ramiro Molina, toured communities 50 km from the city of Sucre, in search of women who had been able to produce wonderful fabrics appearing for years in the stock of international collectors.

What they found was pitiful, abject poverty, mortality and morbidity very high social disorganization and despair in communities, whose residents were gradually stripped of the most valuable thing they had: the tissues inherited from parents and grandparents, some centuries old, sold for four dollars in order to remain in a precarious survival.

Moreover, the new tissue produced and were neither as fine nor as creative as the old ones. The figures have been simplified and repeated, it showed the variety and complexity of some once had. The tradition was lost quickly, and textiles valuable traffic to foreign countries, would leave these communities in the last poverty, one in which all is lost, even identity.

From this finding arises ASUR and Veronica Cereceda becomes prime mover, with a dedication tireless and complete surrender. Nothing could predict the success of a rescue and recovery of an endangered tradition, but the bet was the commitment to the communities. In just two decades, has been achieved is worthy of admiration and praise.

Even for those who are not experts in the art of weaving, obvious that the works currently do Jalq'a community women are even better, richer in its design, the that formerly made. When comparing the tissue that exhibit in the museum of ASUR with which you can buy at the store, we see that this is a of the rare cases where the textile art is reborn like a phoenix to be even more imposing than before.

And this has been possible thanks to a strategic vision that seeks to empower indigenous communities in their culture and their management capacity, "adding, with their values \u200b\u200band knowledge, the construction of national identity. " ASUR has allowed these communities economically distressed by the limitations of their subsistence agricultural production, generate additional resources for the welfare of families. To do this, have set fair prices for the sale of fabrics, prices that reflect the time and dedication it requires hand-made, unique and personalized for each one of them.

addition to generating jobs in the process of artistic and craft production, and promote the internal strengthening of communities to deal with trade and tourism, ASUR's work has drawn attention to the cultural richness communities, has promoted research and contributed to increasing the monitoring of state agencies on the illegal export of ancient textiles that are national treasures. The list of books published with the seal of the Foundation ASUR is further proof of its efficiency and reliability the work done.

The ongoing project of revival of Indian textile art today includes more than a thousand women weavers Jalq'a Chayanta provinces and Oropeza, weaving with natural alpaca fleece and sheep, and Tarabuco, using wool sheep and cotton tissues.

ASUR has spawned other initiatives that benefit communities as a training project of 200 men weavers who produce new proposals, diversified, in carpets, rugs and carpets. Then there is the production of camel leather accessories with inserts textiles, and fine pottery workshop where they produce ceramic tableware and ornaments.

I am proud to have in my house several aqsus Jalq'a I gained in ASUR, khurus extraordinary representations of imaginary animals and unlikely , echoes of the underworld, saxra , we can not understand who we are outside this ancient culture. They are wonderful works of the imagination with deep anchorage in the culture and tradition, and apart from a very fine manual dexterity. For each of these works of art, weaving women used several months of work, depending on the size. So are proud to put their photos and their names beside the finished work.

ASUR Foundation honors and honors Bolivia Sucre, the capital. It would be unfortunate for the unwillingness of any officer who is passing through the power, he withdrew the right to occupy a property that suits your needs and those of visitors.

Again Pearl left television commentators dialectics to a profound reflection on what it means to really talk about football or soccer.

is clear that there is not even a common dialect among the coaches, to call just as the same thing. words shot, shot, long pass, cover (found in the dictionary balonpédico school coaches) are mixed with other types of slang and street slang: Orsai, foul, center, shot ...

The other day the nth verbal gibberish, I decided to sign up to share and invite you to reflect, as one should speak on TV or radio about football, with ownership and control or chutzpah and chatter in the street "? Examples

Cold Hands Tingle When Placed In Hot Water

Butterfly Child, Child of Olives, Child of Plenty Untie Knots Child, Child de las Palomas, Sailor Child, Child Harvest, Child San Miguel de los Milagros, Jaguar Child, Child of the Grapes, Chinelo Child, Infant Saviour of the World, Love Child, Child Juan Diego, Niño de Atocha, Child Fisherman Guardian Angel Child, Child Health, Child Footballer ...

The list goes on, but all these children are one, the Child and Child-Pan Pa (Parent Child) , also called the Pueblo Child, Child Pilgrim Travelers Neighborhoods or Child, who is venerated for the feast of the Candelaria Church San Bernardino of Siena, in Xochimilco, south of Mexico City. Like many Mexican traditions, this is expressed more strongly each year, highlighting a local cultural identity, unique, different, product of Christian and indigenous religious syncretism.

Next to the church has installed a comprehensive exhibition that manufacture, repair and sell children's cast of all sizes. On the tables appear as they came into the world naked, dark or light skin , blue eyes or brown, young and old.

Thereafter options diversify the supply of costumes and accessories is extensive, so that each child has acquired a different identity and a name from those mentioned above. The costumes are lavish, ornate, silk or velvet, embroidered lace, with accessories, symbolize the identity you want to give each figure.
An ear of wheat, a sword, a skull, a harp, a crown of stars, a fish, a 500 peso bill, coins, grapes, a butterfly, a dove, embroidered image of the Virgin of Guadalupe , a papal miter, a hat, slipper or a stethoscope, are the accessories that serve to highlight the symbols that characterize each figure.

Pa
The child will ask for favors, as all figures of worship. During the year he spends several months and moved to hospitals and homes where their presence, according to tradition, has miraculous effects. The Catholic Church plays very well with these traditions, does not certify or deny the healing powers, but perpetuates the cults that attract the faithful (and curious) to the churches.

is assumed that the child born Dec. 25, and is robust, has served 40 days of life, and tradition says on February 2nd, Pa Children of Xochimilco change house, as it has been doing for more than four centuries.

stewardship system is strictly enforced, families are booked years in advance to worship in their homes for a year, the original figure was sculpted in the sixteenth century colorín stick (wood with that were made mariachi violins) by an Indian from Xochimilco who made so that the joints of its members to move, so you can be sitting or lying down. The figure of 43 inches tall weighs just half a kilo without their clothes, and is as fragile by the type of wood, which since 1995 has been restored each year.

The Child is treated Pa like a real boy. They say that every night I undressed for bed in his crib, and the next morning I wake up singing "Las Mañanitas." They also say he has accumulated over time and donations of its faithful, a regalia so heavy that when you move each year for a family of stewards to the next, preceding several trucks carrying their furniture, clothes, their jewels, their personal belongings. All this sounds absurd, but so are some traditions.

The Child honcho Pa
The future stewards list is so long, it reaches the year 2036 and has been closed for the moment, several die before they succeed. The family that gave Tlacoapa quarter this year, had waited 35 years for the privilege, and Poblano Hernandez family took him to the neighborhood of Caltongo now had to wait longer. So the general population, which no hope, no money, access to stewardship, complies with the thousands of reproductions that appear in the church on this occasion, distinguished by their multiple identities, costumes and accessories.

Like most religious events in Mexico, this is another example of syncretism. The Indians who worshiped the Child Pa associate it from its origin to Huitzilopochtli, "hummingbird of the south".

diverse music heard during the festival of Pa Child is another example of hybridization Mexican culture: the masked chinelos represent the Moors, the brass band brings echoes of the rural, urban mariachis are properly despite charro origin, and represent the remnant estudiantinas English.

Chinelo
There I was, stuck between the two rows of slippers about photographing their faces fixed, unable to penetrate to the eyes that I would certainly looking behind the masks.

All this happens in the middle of Xochimilco, a colonial town where you can still channel network which stretched back centuries to the center of Mexico City, and surprised the English conquistadors upon their arrival in Tenochtitlan. Around chinampas with its rows of upright ahuejotes ("water tree"), and the surviving channels, water snakes along which the "trajineras painted in vivid colors, continues to grow one of the world's largest cities.

Xochimilco, the paradise of flowers, the place of the fields, the sowing of the Valley of Mexico, a World Heritage Site, where Quirino Mendoza wrote "Cielito Lindo", has retained its village flavor through high-speed tracks, major avenues and the daily madness.

TV Pearls "of the corner"

Greetings again

parentheses after writing my first book , about soccer training, return of new items to the blog, lamenting not being able to write for so long.

Last weekend's game against Osasuna Real Madrid, there were several behaviors known as "the other football." Some reproblables, other unwelcome but one of them, alentón a topic I had in mind all along: get the ball to the corner and protect it hard to "win or lose" time, known to me as "of the corner"

This is one of the most famous soccer moves, and less likely worked, everyone has needed it or have ever had. one has stopped to analyze such technical and tactical play "? I come to mind many questions: at what minute can use "? who should do it "? how to defend "?

Osasuna used it often with two players who performed to perfection, as were Aranda and Camus, and without waiting for the last minutes as a result resource management.

tactical sense is to cover and protect the ball in an isolated area to try to make the opponent not have a choice to steal, and failing to "get" advantage and causing failure, throw-in or corner.

the technical sense is to stomp and roll the ball away from the opponent with the body oriented back or side.

strategic sense, bluntly, a waste of time in an area bounded by lines and favorable position band and bottom when the outcome is favorable to the interests of that user.

Reflection: they train these actions are in the planning "?

football is something that transmitted by word of mouth, no one knows how, there appears in the most difficult times, nobody knows, but everybody uses it
